First Congregational Church of Georgetown, MA

The Women's Guild, open to all women of the congregation and their friends, meets approximately seven times a year for lunch, fellowship and a program.  The Guild's mission is to gather in friendship, service to the church and outreach to those in need.

We accomplish the latter through our babies-in-crisis quilt-making project, collections for Church World Service blankets and kits, and contributions to other worthwhile causes.  We sponsor occasional ecumenical gatherings to promote social interaction within Greater Georgetown communities, and serve the church through participation in our fairs and collations.

An evening extension for women's fellowship is in the process of being organized.
