Hospitality starts with all of us. Greeting visitors to our church, turning around in your pew and welcoming them to our church, and inviting visitors to our Coffee Hour is a great way to start.

The Hospitality Team creates name tags for all members and visitors to our church. We feel this is a great way to get to know our visitors and make them comfortable.  Hopefully our visitors will stay for Coffee Hour and the name tags will help the congregation introduce themselves.  Later, we follow up with a Thank You in an effort to encourage their return.

The Hospitality Team is also coordinating volunteers for Coffee Hour each Sunday after our church service, “A great way to meet and greet members, friends and visitors.”

The Team has also been coordinating Before Service Greeters and arranging for Collectors of the morning offering each Sunday.  We are always looking at ways to improve the “curb appeal” of our church to attract new visitors.

New ideas and creative ways to reach out to the community are always welcome.
